Altex, with its longtime partner Westport Manufacturing, were chosen to cover nearly 3,000 windows with its new Newton High-Speed Lite-Lift® system. The shades are paired with Mermet’s KOOLBLACKTM technology to provide ample sun protection, making the 30-story building more energy efficient and comfortable for everyone inside.
Overlooking the iconic Granville Street with a stunning view of the famed Stanley Park, the Bosa Waterfront Centre is sure to become an architectural landmark in Vancouver. The building is a Bosa Development project. It was designed by the prestigious New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) in collaboration with Chris Dikeakos Architects and Kasian Architecture (interior design).
